Ok, ladies (and dudes who sneak on here), now it’s your turn to participate.
I’ve been in this fitness/diet/weight loss game for a long time and I have A LOT of information to share with you. But where do I begin??
I want YOU to let me know what you want to hear about.
If for any reason I don’t have information on a particular topic I will do my best to get a fitness expert to either do a guest post or fill me in so I can pass the info to you.
So please let me know your problem areas and what you want to hear about. I will do my best to address each and every topic.




OK, this is my problem: I’m looking for a fitness partner. A accountability/gym buddy partner. I tried cragslist; no luck. I raplied to one on there and actually we worked out for a while. Then she left for college. My workout went belly up again.
I know all the “go to gym on your times and you’ll find similar people” thing. Too shy and that is actually the problem: I don’t go to gym regularly. That’s why I need the accountability part.
So, what is the suggestion? Is there a high traffic website for finding workout buddies? Or any other means of finding/connecting with one?

First thing that comes to mind? MAKE YOUR LAZY FRIENDS GO WORK OUT. Not to be harsh, but a healthy lifestyle is contagious. If you can go out together AND work out together you have the perfect mold for a healthy lifestyle.
